Please be sure to read the software requirements and NOTICE for information on downloading and installing DUSTRAN. Once registered, an email will be sent to you providing a link to the DUSTRAN V2.0 download page.

Planned Use for DUSTRAN:
By downloading or using the DUSTRAN software product you are certifying that you are not a national of Afghanistan, Belarus, Burma, China, Cote d'Ivoire, Cuba, Cyprus, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, and Zimbabwe, or any country to which the United States embargoes goods and that you are not a person on the Table of Denial Orders, the Entity List, or the List of Specially Designated Nationals.

Software Requirements:
DUSTRAN V2.0 requires a PC running Windows XP or Windows 7 already installed. Please note that databases included with DUSTRAN V2.0 are geared to North America and we have not tested the software for domains outside of the United States. Hand-editing of domain files, particularly when using the AddSite utility for non-U.S. sites, may be necessary. We do not and cannot provide operational support for DUSTRAN V2.0; at most we may be able provide short answers to one or two simple questions via email.

Per 22 CFR 125.4(b)(1), DUSTRAN V2.0 is available for download via the web.

This computer software was prepared by Battelle Memorial Institute, hereinafter the Contractor, under Contract No. DE-AC05-76RL0 1830 with the Department of Energy (DOE). All rights in the computer software are reserved by DOE on behalf of the United States Government and the Contractor as provided in the Contract. NEITHER THE GOVERNMENT NOR THE CONTRACTOR MAKES ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OR ASSUMES ANY LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE. This notice including this sentence must appear on any copies of this computer software.

The Contractor has not requested permission from DOE to assert copyright in the software and has no plans to do so. The Contractor has not applied for any patents on any methods embodied in the software and has no plans to do so. For purposes of any rights the Contractor may have, the software is considered to be in the public domain.
